What it costs
Nothing to list, and no annual fee. The marketplace keeps 5% of bookings it generates, collected on the booking's check-in day. Bookings that come from your own channels are never commissioned, and a stay cancelled before check-in is never commissioned either.
How you get paid
Connect your own Stripe account and guests pay you directly — the money is yours immediately, and the 5% is collected separately on check-in day. Prefer not to? The marketplace collects payment and pays you out with the commission already deducted, and every booking and amount is visible on your Payouts page.
Your calendar stays honest
Bookings made here are pushed into your PMS straight away, and your PMS calendar is re-read regularly. If you manage without a PMS, you can import your Airbnb and Vrbo calendars and share ours back to them — double bookings are the one thing this system is built to prevent.
